We had a wonderful stay at Saltwater Siesta! Stephanie is a wonderful host and the house is even better than the pictures! Our family had so much fun with all of the amenities they provided, and loved the personal touches throughout the house. Stephanie was proactive, friendly, and responsive. This is a great house if you want to be centrally located between Anna Maria Island, Sarasota, and Siesta Key. We definitely recommend booking with Stephanie :)

This house was perfect for my family and I to enjoy each other and fun in the sun. The house was very well-appointed with nice comfortable furnishings, and most importantly so much to do! My kids loved the garage with arcade games, ping pong, foosball, and they loved the outdoor putting area! The pool was perfect for us and got lots of sun and the extra heat made it very comfortable for our visit. Also, Stephanie was incredibly proactive and communicative, both before our stay and when we had a question about connecting the TV to the internet. I couldn't recommend this rental more highly. It had everything we needed and more, and felt like the host was family!

I visit the Bradenton/Sarasota area fairly often to see family. This particular trip involved my niece’s wedding. During my search for a house to accommodate family (teenager included) I came across Stephanie’s place. It was exactly what I was looking for. Not only was the house conveniently located, it met everything we needed. 

Upon arrival, the house was spotless. Stephanie even surprised us with a birthday cake and balloons! It was so nice to get settled after a long day of travel and immediately relax in a clean and cozy environment. The games and heated pool were also a hit with the teen.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets were so soft and obviously great quality.  I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a spot in Sarasota. Stephanie is quick to respond to any questions, concerns, requests, etc.
